CRIMINAL MINDS Season 9 - Lifetime Achievement Honoree: Joe Mantegna - Interview

Lifetime Achievement Honoree: Joe Mantegna Brings Stage Experience to ‘Criminal Minds

By Jenelle Riley

At the age of 66, actor Joe Mantegna shows no signs of slowing down. So though he is being honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on March 28, he admits to wondering where the time went. “These kinds of things always get your attention,” Mantegna says with a laugh. “When I signed up for Medicare, it was like, 'Oh my goodness, how did I get here?' CRIMINAL MINDS Season 9 - Jim Clemente's Interview - From Sexual Abuse Victim to FBI Profiler

by By Marlena C. Wilson, The Means Report Executive Producer/Director

Augusta, GA - Jim Clemente is a man that wears many hats. He's currently a writer and technical consultant for the hit CBS show “Criminal Minds”, but there is so much more to this remarkable man. Clemente is a former FBI profiler and is internationally recognized as an expert in the fields of sex crime investigations, sex offender behavior, child sexual victimization, and child pornography. They're topics that are personal to Clemente because he is a survivor of child sexual victimization himself.

A fascinating speaker, Clemente was recently in the Aiken to speak about how to protect our children from pedophiles for the Child Advocacy Center of Aiken County. While in town he came to Augusta to sit down with Brad Means on the set of “The Means Report.” Clemente shares his experience with child sex crimes – both on a personal and professional level. He also takes us behind the scenes of “Criminal Minds” to explain how true to life the show really is, and how real life stories have not only been turned into shows but have saved lives.
